Unpaid/Unclaimed Dividend for FY 2018-19

Shareholders who have not claimed or received their dividend for the Financial Year 2018–19 are requested to verify their status and submit the necessary claim at the earliest. As per the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, any dividend remaining unclaimed for the prescribed period shall be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) along with the corresponding shares, where applicable. Shareholders are advised to contact the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) or the Company Secretary for assistance in claiming their unpaid or unclaimed dividend.
