Invitation for expression of interest for establishment of a 150 bed multispeciality hospital at Adipur Kutch

The Sindhu Resettlement Corporation Ltd. (SRC), Adipur, a reputed and communityoriented organisation, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed healthcare organisations, corporate hospital chains, medical institutions, and consortia with proven experience and expertise in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of state-ofthe-art hospitals.

SRC proposes to facilitate the establishment of a 150-bed Multispecialty Hospital to cater to the healthcare needs of the entire Kutch region of Gujarat. The Corporation shall provide 10 acres of prime land located in the heart of Adipur Town for this landmark initiative. The selected entity shall be responsible for planning, financing, constructing, equipping, commissioning, operating, and maintaining the hospital in compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory norms, including NABH accreditation and other healthcare regulatory standards.

The proposed hospital is expected to deliver comprehensive, quality healthcare services with modern facilities across major specialties and super-specialties. The successful proponent will also be required to extend a specified percentage of subsidised or free healthcare services to SRC shareholders and economically weaker sections of society, in alignment with the social objectives of the Corporation.

The detailed EOI submission should include:

• Technical and financial capability statement

• Proposed concept, layout, and development plan

• Experience in similar healthcare projects

• Compliance with statutory, financial, and accreditation standards; and

• Proposed model of collaboration with SRC.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for pre-bid clarification meetings and site visits at Adipur before submission of final proposals.
