Corrigendum Bid Document - Petrol Pump - 12B

In continuation of the Notice inviting sealed offers for Plot No.299 in Ward 12-B as well as Petrol Pump Plot in Ward 12-B at Gandhidham on Long-Term Leave & License basis, published earlier in “Kutch Mitra” dated 02.12.2025, it is hereby informed that following amendments have been made in the BID Document in respect of Plot for Petrol Pump:

1. Extension of License Period: The License period is extended to 20 (Twenty) years instead of 9 (Nine) years, with suitable renewal/termination conditions as may be prescribed.

2. Authorization for Tripartite Agreement: The Corporation shall be authorized to enter into a Tripartite Agreement, wherever required, with the selected Licensee and the concerned Oil Marketing Company (OMC), in accordance with applicable norms and guidelines.

All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.

For the Petrol Pump Plot situated in Ward 12-B, Gandhidham, preference shall be accorded to proposals under the Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) model.

The sealed offers for both the plot/premises duly filled-in alongwith the required EMD in the form of Demand Draft and all other documents etc. will be received at the office of the Corporation upto 16:00 hrs. on 5th January, 2026 and will be opened on the same day at 16:15 hrs. in presence of the applicants who wish to remain present.

The pre-bid meeting will also be held on 2nd January 2026 at 4:00 pm in SRC Office.

The SRC reserves the right to reject any or all the bids without assigning reasons thereof.

This corrigendum shall form an integral part of the original notice.
